Shelby Acres

Welcome to Shelby Acres

Shelby Acres is a 59-acre recently approved housing development located east of Oceana Drive and is on the north side of the Village of Shelby and across the street from the construction of the new Shelby Elementary School

Shelby Acres is classified as a PUD (Planned Unit Development) where each unit is a lot with a home. Shelby Acres has 4 phases of construction. Phases 1-4 are each 21 units, for a total of 84 units. Phase 2 is now under construction and the first model homes were available for viewing during early summer of 2024.

Moving forward we will continue to add new material. Thank you for your interest in what will eventually be Oceana County’s largest ever housing project.

Aspen House - Sept. 27, 2024

All pre-qualified buyers and/or their agents will meet at 7pm, Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Aspen model home (267 Aspen Hill Drive) for the drawing to find out if they are successful for 1 of the 6 homes or not. At that meeting, home sites would be selected based on the final selection process.

Tamarack House - Oct. 1, 2024

All pre-qualified buyers and/or their agents will meet at 7pm, Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at the Tamarack model home (263 Aspen Hill Drive) for the drawing to find out if they are successful for 1 of the 9 homes or not. At that meeting, home sites would be selected based on the final selection process.

Elm House - Oct. 3, 2024

All pre-qualified buyers and/or their agents will meet at 7pm, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the Elm model home (269 Aspen Hill Drive) for the drawing to find out if they are successful for 1 of the 6 homes or not. At that meeting, home sites would be selected based on the final selection process.
